To cancel your service, eMail us or call 800-986-4763. You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to ship your equipment back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges, and you must return your equipment within 14 days of cancellation. The equipment must be in its original packing material, all components must be included, and they must be in their original condition. Please be sure to meet all of these requirements, otherwise we will be unable to process your refund. You must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation of your account. Your outgoing calls must not exceed 500 minutes of use. You may request a refund of your start-up fee if your outgoing calls exceed 500 minutes, but we must charge you for the month's service. You will be responsible for additional charges such as international calls and toll calls. When we receive the equipment, and the conditions above have been met, you will receive a full refund of the service activation fee and first month's subscription fee. The refund will appear as a credit on your credit card . If you do not return the equipment, or if it is damaged, you will be charged $99.95.
